The most effective way to receive support between within our operating hours of 7:00 a.m–4:30 p00a.m. – 6:30p.m. is to submit a Facilities Service Request using the WSB Support Portal or call us at 608-262-2972. If you reach our voicemail, please leave a detailed message about your request stating the date/time you called, the issue/request, and the best method to contact you. Once acknowledged, your request will be processed and placed into the support queue within four hours of receiving.
