There is a faculty page within each department section of the website. For example, Marketing Faculty. These pages automatically pull faculty from the directory based on department. So the only way for someone to appear on the Marketing Faculty page is if their type is "faculty" and their department is "Marketing" in the directory. Submit an HR directory request to add or change your department. If you think you should appear as faculty and are appearing as staff, reach out to Joanie Bonazza, Faculty Governance Admin.
Affiliated faculty/staff or emeritus faculty
The directory data feed only receives data for faculty/staff who have paid appointments with WSB in Workday. Affiliated and emeritus do not have paid appointments, therefore they do not display in the directory. However, if an individual affiliated or emeritus faculty member reaches out to be included in the directory, HR can add them manually. Affiliated and emeritus should submit an HR directory request.
