You will get an email telling you that students will have access to the course evaluation. Students should get will also receive an individualized email with a link to the evaluation, although they can access it via their Student Center, too.
They will have one to two weeks to complete the evaluation and will receive a reminder email every 3-4 days either until they complete it or the course evaluations are doneevaluation period is over.
