How to Create a WSB Qualtrics User

By creating a WSB Quatrics user the web team will be able to help maintain, share, and work with you on your Qualtrics forms/surveys. To access projects within the School of Business Qualtrics, you'll need to do the following:

1. Go to https://buswisc.qualtrics.com/login
2. Click "Don't have an account?"
3. Create an account with your wisc email address. The password you set will be specific to the School of Business Qualtrics.
4. Once these steps have been completed, please let the web team know. Then, the web team will be able to see you in the list of users within the buswisc Qualtrics account.

ITS Update June 2023

We will reconfiguring our Qualtrics instance email settings to match the email settings of the campus Qualtrics instance. As a result, surveys will not be able to be sent from a “@wisc.edu” email address. However, approved subdomains (like “@bus.wisc.edu” and “@wsb.wisc.edu”) will continue to function. All other email parameters (sender name, reply to address, subject, body) will remain customizable in the same capacity as they currently are. I do not believe anyone is currently using the “@wisc.edu” domain to distribute emails.
