Using the LRM system, you can build a specific Data Import campaign that adds a specific interest to the leads.
LRM Data Import Campaign Details
In LRM, navigate to Marketing > Campaigns. To create a new data import campaign, select "New" in the upper left. To view existing data import campaigns, you can use the Filter function to filter on Campaign Type to view only Data Import campaigns.
Basic Campaign Details
- Name: Use appropriate LRM Campaign Naming convention. (See LRM Campaign Naming Conventions.)
- Abbreviation: Abbreviation of the name for reports
- Campaign Code: Unique code created automatically by CRM
- Description: Clear description of the campaign purpose.
Campaign Attributes
- Client: Primary program
- Constituent Role: Select targeted audience
- Campaign Type: Data Import
- Campaign Sub Type: Select best option
- Interest to Add: Required
