WSB Facilities Services is committed to providing efficient and effective facility support services. During normal service hours, we will respond to facilities service requests within four hours of receipt. Emergency building concerns that occur after hours, or on the weekend should be reported to University Police Department at: 608-264-2677.

The most effective way to receive support between the hours of 7:00 a.m–4:30 p.m. is to submit a Facilities Service Request. Also, we happily receive voice calls to 608-262-2972. If you reach our voice mail, please leave details about your request, when you called, and the best method to contact you. The Facilities Services team is alerted through email of all received voice messages to              608-262-2972. Your request will be processed and placed into the support queue.

Facilities Services addresses all WSB facility concerns including: mail and package delivery, facility access, scheduling of doors, emergency planning, maintenance, and remodeling.
