Service Requests to Facilities Services

  • Adding/removing/relocation of office fixtures
    • Includes Office moves, new furniture install, old/damaged furniture removal, storage visits. 
  • Building Access Request 
    • Wiscard Access to the building and spaces, or keys.
  • Departure Request 
    • If occupant is leaving, submit a request indicating this and the date of departure.
      • Facilities will provide boxes, carts, and a helping hand when someone is leaving.
      • Once occupant has left the office will be cleaned and reset for the next tenant.
  • Door Card Request 

    • Please provide Facilities with the name and title of the occupant for the door cards.
      • These take approximately 1-3 business days to print.
  • Electronic Flyer Request
    • Post images to the monitors located in our public areas on the first floor. Please see the Electronic Flyer Posting page for more info.
  • New Furniture Purchases
    • Facilities handles the receiving and will deliver new furniture to the specified office. We are able to do minor assembly if needed. 
  • On-boarding Request
    • If a new occupant is starting, submit a request indicating this and the date of arrival.
      • Facilities will provide access, door card, and a helping hand when someone is arriving.

      • Before arrival, the office will be cleaned and reset.

Helpful Lead Times

  • Facilities Access Requests: 2-3 business days
  • Facilities Services Work: 1 business week
  • Furniture Orders: 6-8 business weeks *Once the furniture order is processed, the lead time for furniture can be 2-8 weeks
  • Furniture Repair: 4 business weeks *Replacement parts must be ordered and the installation must be arranged
  • Major Office Remodels: 6 months
  • Minor Office Remodels: 3 months
  • Physical Plant Work: 2 business weeks
