Service Requests to Facilities Services
- Adding/removing/relocation of office fixtures
- Includes Office moves, new furniture install, old/damaged furniture removal, storage visits.
- Building Access Request
- Wiscard Access to the building and spaces, or keys.
- Departure Request
- If occupant is leaving, submit a request indicating this and the date of departure.
- Facilities will provide boxes, carts, and a helping hand when someone is leaving.
- Once occupant has left the office will be cleaned and reset for the next tenant.
- If occupant is leaving, submit a request indicating this and the date of departure.
- Please provide Facilities with the name and title of the occupant for the door cards.
- These take approximately 1-3 business days to print.

- Electronic Flyer Request
- Post images to the monitors located in our public areas on the first floor. Please see the Electronic Flyer Posting page for more info.
- New Furniture Purchases
- Facilities handles the receiving and will deliver new furniture to the specified office. We are able to do minor assembly if needed.
- On-boarding Request
- If a new occupant is starting, submit a request indicating this and the date of arrival.
Facilities will provide access, door card, and a helping hand when someone is arriving.
- Before arrival, the office will be cleaned and reset.

Helpful Lead Times
- Facilities Access Requests: 2-3 business days
- Facilities Services Work: 1 business week
- Furniture Orders: 6-8 business weeks *Once the furniture order is processed, the lead time for furniture can be 2-8 weeks
- Furniture Repair: 4 business weeks *Replacement parts must be ordered and the installation must be arranged
- Major Office Remodels: 6 months
- Minor Office Remodels: 3 months
- Physical Plant Work: 2 business weeks
