Summary:
When requesting a remodel that is under the amount of $300K, this will be assigned to Campus Renovation Services (CRS) which is an UW department that will manage the project from estimating up to construction completion. All work orders for remodels must be submitted by the WSB Facilities Project Manager.
Process:

Billing:
Sufficient funds must be available to begin the process. Projects managed by CRS are billed as the work is completed and does not require a lump sum in full up front.
