Summary:
When requesting a remodel that is over the amount of $300K, this will be assigned to Capital Planning which is an UW department that will assist with UW Campus and State policies to hire an Architect/Engineer Firm, Develop Design Documents, Board of Regents Approval (if over $5 million), State Bidding Process, and Construction Administration. All forms for Capital Projects must be submitted by the WSB Facilities Project Manager.

Billing:
Sufficient funds must be available to begin the process. Projects managed by Capital Planning are billed in installments and the total amount of project funding is required up front to proceed. A very popular funding source for Capital Projects at the Wisconsin School of Business is Gift/Grant funding.
