Alumni Relations Overview

The Alumni Relations team is a main contact point for alumni across all programs in the school. Our main areas of focus are communications, events, volunteer opportunities, annual giving, and stewardship. Below are some of the types of specific initiatives that fall into those categories.

Alumni Communications: Update magazine, Report to Investors, social media, school news emails to external stakeholders, alumni news blog, Business Casual email newsletter

Events: regional programming in major alumni markets, webinars, Homecoming events, events in support of alumni outreach from the dean, events in partnership with Wisconsin Foundation and Alumni Association

Volunteer opportunities: Wisconsin Business Alumni Board, Alumni Voice Panel, mentorship opportunities

Annual giving: Day of the Badger, WFAA bi-annual solicitations with business-specific messaging, student philanthropy

Stewardship: Letters to new donors, WSB Fund impact stories, Report to Investors, Thank a Badger Day, additional personalized thank you notes for specific annual giving initiatives (such as Day of the Badger)
