Overview
The WSB Facilities Department is able to procure specific PPE items through Campus. Stock is limited so all requests must be based on actual usage. Departments will be unable to secure “stockpiles” as we need to ensure that we can supply PPE to everyone who needs it.
Process of Requesting
The WSB Facilities Department has a supply of the following PPE items:
- Face Shields
- Face Masks (Disposable and Cloth)
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfectant Spray
- Paper Towels
If your department is in need of any/all of these materials:
- Send a general Service Request to Facilities Services (FES).
- Include the items needed and intended space(s) of use.
Once again, our stock is limited so please be flexible with your request. In most cases, multiple spaces will be required to share supplies in order to maintain stock levels and keep supplies fluid.
*If you need PPE not included on this list, please send us a request for review. Depending on the item, it may require additional approval and/or result in a charge to your department.*
